We collect only the information necessary to provide our services:

• Email address — when you request a scan or purchase a report, so we can deliver results
• Repository URL — the public GitHub/GitLab repository you want us to scan
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never store credit card details
• Usage data — scan IDs, timestamps, and aggregate metrics for service improvement

2. How We Use Your Information

• To perform dependency analysis on your specified repository
• To deliver scan results and reports to your email
• To process payments through Stripe
• To improve our scanning accuracy and coverage

3. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not access, store, or transmit your source code
• We do not track browsing behavior or set analytics cookies
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• We do not store payment card details (handled entirely by Stripe)

4. Data Retention

Scan results are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@undependent.dev.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Resend — email delivery (resend.com/privacy)
• GitHub — repository metadata access (public repos only)

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@undependent.dev.
